What We’re Reducing

I plan to reduce the number of nights spent in hotels while traveling for photography assignments.

How We'll Reduce It

I will make use of the camper van I purchased in 2020 to replace hotel stays. I will use an in-vehicle power bank to recharge my electronics while on the road. Power supplied by renewables at home.

02

What We’re Reducing

I plan to reduce emissions from commuting to and from work.

How We'll Reduce It

I will replace 15 miles per week of local auto travel with cycling or walking.

Other Sustainability Notes

My love and fascination with the outdoors began at a young age. Growing up in the forests of southern Missouri, I spent my childhood exploring the natural world. My early adventures are what inspired me to pick up a camera in the first place. I wanted to share what I was seeing with anyone I could. Now, as a professional landscape and nature photographer, I travel farther afield to experience the natural world and share these experiences with others through my work. In fact, the vision for my company is: Sharing the world with others. Inspiring a sense of adventure. Making a difference for the planet. In my spare time, I volunteer for local and national conservation organizations that are working to preserve, protect, and restore natural spaces. Finally, in addition to volunteering, I also am a proud member of One Percent For The Planet. Giving a percentage of my annual revenue to support non-profits focused on restoring wild places around the country.
