Sustainability Story

Boulders Climbing Gym is located on unceded Ho-Chunk and Winnebago land, and we urge our local and national governments to explore Land Back options to mitigate the detrimental environmental impacts of colonization. In the meantime, we are committed to minimizing our impact on this land and fostering sustainable relationships with the earth. We use over 99% renewable energy, with 25% coming from our own Shared Solar arrays, a program we source through MG&E. We engage our community in fundraising and clean-up efforts, invest in energy-efficient technology, source vegan and renewable products, and teach sustainable practices in our classes. We're proud to work with Climate Neutral to offset our remaining carbon footprint.
