How We'll Reduce It

We will contract with a local RNG supplier and commit to purchasing renewable natural gas equivalent to 50% of our steam system needs.

02

What We’re Reducing

We plan to reduce emissions in our supply chain relating to purchased goods by switching to 100% recycled glass bottles for our spirits.

How We'll Reduce It

Other Sustainability Notes

Since we started up our still to make spirits for the first time in 2014, doing the right thing has been at the core of what we do. This ethos applies to the care we take with selecting local grains, taking only the cleanest cut off our stills and letting our whiskey rest in barrels until it's just right. Our commitment to doing the right thing also informed our decision to install solar panels and ensure our facility uses energy efficiently by insulating the building, equipment and using as much natural light as possible. Our fans care as much about sustainability as we do so it felt natural to take the next step and commit to going fully climate neutral. This way our customers can be confident that with each sip of whiskey, gin or agave-maple spirit they can drink well while doing good.
